Attendant Call Queuing (Intercom Queue Key)
The Intercom Queue Key helps minimize call congestion if you handle a lot of incoming Intercom calls. If you are busy on a
call and receive a new Intercom call, the new call will ring the Intercom Queue Key. Additional new Intercom calls will "stack
up" under the key. When you become free, the rst (oldest) call rings the key rst. Just press the Intercom Queue Key to
answer the call, then repeatedly press the key to answer the remaining calls.
Your Intercom Queue Key is a visual reminder that additional Intercom calls are waiting to be answered. An unlimited number
of Intercom callers can queue under your key. Your key winks on (green) when calls are queued and your extension receives
Off-Hook Ringing. Your callers hear ringback while they wait not busy tone.
Using your Intercom Queue Key
To answer a call waiting on your Intercom Queue Key:
1. Press the ashing
Intercom Queue Key.
a) You answer the waiting call.
2. Press the key repeatedly to answer additional waiting calls.
