2-1 Features and Word Allocations
2-1-1 Features
• The PID with advanced feed-forward circuitry (2 degrees of freedom) of
the CQM1-TC20@/TC30@ assures stable temperature control. The Units
can also be set to ON/OFF control.
• Temperature Control Units are available for either 4-loop temperature con-
trol or 2-loop temperature control, and Units with 2-loop temperature con-
trol provide a heater burnout alarm. You can also select between
thermocouples or platinum resistance thermometers as the input sensors.
Temperature Control Units
Temperature Ranges
Note K (CA) = Chromel/alumel, J (IC) = Iron/constantan, T (CC) = Copper/constan-
tan, L = Iron/constantan, R = Platinum/platinum rhodium 13%, S = Platinum/
platinum rhodium 10%, B = Platinum rhodium 30%/platinum rhodium 6%
2-1-2 Word Allocations
• One word each is allocated to the Temperature Control Unit for inputs and
outputs.
• Commands are used to set and read data.
