Troubleshooting Section 3-7
2. Write the integral time.
Refer to the above procedure and replace the allocation change code
“C110” with “C220” and write it as the integral time.
3. Write the derivative time.
Refer to the above procedure and replace the allocation change code
“C110” with “C330” and write it as the derivative time.
4. Write the hysteresis.
Refer to the above procedure and replace the allocation change code
“C110” with “C440” and write it as the hysteresis.
5. Write the control period.
Refer to the above procedure and replace the allocation change code
“C110” with “C550” and write it as the control period.
6. Write the input shift.
Refer to the above procedure and replace the allocation change code
“C110” with “C660” and write it as the input shift.
7. Return to the original status.
Refer to the above procedure and replace the allocation change code
“C110” with “C070” and execute and then write the set point so that the
Temperature Control Unit will return to the original status (i.e., the status
when turning on the Temperature Control Unit).
Note The IOTC(––) instruction can be used with CQM1H CPU Units with lot num-
ber 0160 or later. If the ALLOCATE I/O command is sent, up to 250 ms may
be required to received a response just after power is turned ON. Program the
CPU Unit so that this command is not sent within the first 100 ms after power
is turned ON.
3-7 Troubleshooting
Error Control output Remedy
Watchdog timer error “EEEE” PV data for
control loops 1 and 2.
Will be OFF for control
loops 1 and 2.
Turn the power supply off and then back on. If
the error persists, replace the Unit.
RAM read/write error “E100” PV data for con-
trol loops 1 and 2.
EEPROM error “E120” PV data for con-
trol loops 1 and 2.
Setting range error “EE01” PV data for con-
trol loops with error.
Control will be normal. Reset the SV to within the proper range.
Sensor error “E400” PV data for con-
trol loops with error.
Will be OFF for control
loop with error.
Check the connections to the input sensor and
