3-1 Features and Word Allocations
3-1-1 Features
• The PID with advanced feed-forward circuitry (2 degrees of freedom) of
the CQM1-TC00@/TC10@ assures stable temperature control. The Units
can be set to ON/OFF control.
•CQM1-TC00@ Temperature Control Units for thermocouples and CQM1-
TC10@ Temperature Control Units for platinum resistance thermometers
are available. Each Temperature Control Unit can be used for two-loop
temperature control.

3-1-2 Word Allocations
• One word each can be allocated for inputs and outputs if only one control
loop is used (when DIP switch pin 5 is ON).
• Two words each will be allocated for inputs and outputs if two control
loops are used (when DIP switch pin 5 is OFF),
• Data is handled as four digits of BCD, except that an F in the leftmost digit
is used to indicate negative values. The meaning of each digit is shown
below.
