7.3.4 System Test
Speak to your installer before conducting a System Test since the system must be programmed to respond to
the test instructions. It is normally recommended that you conduct the system test once a week, but contact
your installer for instructions concerning your particular system.
To conduct the system test see see Installer Function Keys on page 90
The system will test all its connections and can send a report to your monitoring station.
If the system detects a problem, the Trouble Display will show on the screen (refer to section 9.0 on page 19).
Call your installer for repairs if any troubles occur.
7.3.5 Beep on Trouble
This system can be configured to beep with the following trouble indications:
• System and clock trouble beep
• Communicator trouble beep
• Module and combus trouble beep
• All zone trouble beep

7.3.6 Replacement Parts
The following parts are replaceable.
1. Main backup battery 12Vdc 7Ah rechargeable acid/lead backup battery
2. AC/AC transformer
For US: UL/ETL Listed Class 2 wall/building 120VAC/60Hz power supply with restraining means.
For Canada: CSA/ULc/ETLc Listed Class 2 Power Supply with NO restraining mean
Must be Listed to the LSS standard or must be Surge protected Power supply
For residential installations use transformer made by Universal Power Group model: UB1640W
3. Use UL Approved fuses FAST BLOW 5A/125V 5X20MM
