Function test
The function test on the safe pulse disabler tests both the shutdown routes STO1 and
STO2 consecutively, as shown in the following timing diagram.
INFORMATION
When evaluating the output signals STO1-STATUS and STO2-STATUS,
please note the delay time td = 47 ms.
