4.3.4 Analogue inputs
Functions:
} The servo amplifier has 2 analogue voltage inputs (ANALOG-IN1, ANALOG-IN2) for
specifying setpoint values.
} Differential inputs, signal range from -10 VDC to +10 VDC.
} Resolution (with sign bit): 16 Bit
Setting the parameters:
Parameter settings and additional signal processing can be defined using the commission-
ing software. The voltage is scalable in current or speed.
} Default setting:
– Input ANALOG-IN1: Speed setpoint
– Input ANALOG-IN2: Torque setpoint
} If a pre-programmed function has been newly assigned, the data record must be stored
in the servo amplifier's EEPROM and the device must be reset (e.g. using the commis-
sioning software PASmotion).
Direction of rotation
} Default setting: Clockwise rotation of motor shaft (facing the shaft)
– Positive voltage between terminal X3B/10 (+) and terminal X3B/9 (-)
– Positive voltage between terminal X3B/12 (+) and terminal X3B/11 (-)
} Reversing the direction of rotation: Anti-clockwise rotation of motor shaft (facing the
shaft):
– Swap the configuration of terminals X3B/10-9 or X3B/12-11 or change the Count
direction parameter in the “Feedback” window (0/1).
