Restoring all data
Purpose
You can restore all data in case of loss or damage, provided the backup of all your
data is available.
NOTICES:
• When restoring all data, any existing data will be overwritten by the data
obtained from the backup files.
• When restoring all data is complete, the analyzer will automatically and without
warning shut down and restart.
Restoring all
data
To restore a backup of data files, do the following:
Step Action
1.
Press Change Source to choose the source drive/directory.
2.
Select the drive/directory by touching it on the screen.
If a CD-RW is used, place it in the CD-drive.
If a removable drive is used, connect it to the USB port.
Use Expand/Collapse to choose a source directory, then press Back to
return to the previous screen.
3.
On the Restore All Data screen press Start to continue.
(Or press Close to cancel and return to the Ready screen.)
4.
The restore process begins.
•
Network drive or internal hard disk drive: restoring does not
require any further action.
•
CD or removable drive: press Start.
5.
Complete restoring all data.
When restoring is complete, the analyzer shuts down and then restarts
automatically, configured to the information obtained from the backup
file.
