Cause The paper being fed is longer than the paper size selected in the printer driver.
Details
When paper fed from Tray 3 even though the sensor detected the leading edge
of the paper at the prescribed position, the paper did not leave the relay sensor
of Tray 3.
Action 1
• Check the size of the paper loaded in the tray.
•
Make sure that the size of the loaded paper is the same length as the paper
selected in the printer driver
Action 2
On the printer operation panel menu, make sure that the correct paper size is
selected for the Tray.
•

/Menu]> "Paper Input">[#Enter]
•
"Tray Paper Size">[#Enter]
• Select "Tray 3"> Select correct paper size.
