specified by RAM addresses 68044A, 68044D, and 68044E.
9. For European models, these parameters should not be changed in the field.
The default values of these parameters have been approved by CTR21 and/or
EG201121. Therefore, a change in any one of these values would constitute a
violation of these requirements.
