Disposing of the Scanner
When you want to dispose of your scanner, contact your dealer or a service rep-
resentative.
Important
❒ Never dispose of the lithium batteries by incineration. This can cause them to
rupture resulting in injury.
Note
❒ Please return used NIC boards to our authorized dealer or service represen-
tative. Your cooperation with our recycling activities is appreciated.
❒ NIC boards are equipped with a lithium battery. In the case NIC boards are
disposed of by the customer, please dispose them in accordance with national
or local regulations after separating the lithium batteries from the NIC board.
