Configuration Page
Prints general information and the current configurations of the
machine.
Fax Journal (MF model only)
Prints a fax transmission and reception journal for the last 50 jobs.
TX/RX Standby Files (MF
model only)
Prints a list of fax jobs remaining in the machine's memory to be
printed, sent, or forwarded.
Quick Dial Dest. (MF model
only)
Prints a list of scan and fax Quick Dial entries.
Fax Speed Dial Dest. (MF
model only)
Prints a list of Speed Dial entries.
• By Speed Dial No.
Prints the list with the entries sorted by Speed Dial registration
number.
• By Name
Prints the list with the entries sorted by name.
Scanner Dest.List (MF
model only)
Prints a list of scan destinations.
Scanner Journal (MF model
only)
Prints a scanner journal for the last 100 Scan to E-mail, Scan to FTP,
and Scan to Folder transmissions.
Maintenance Page
Prints the maintenance page.
Special Sender List (MF
model only)
Prints a list of fax Special Senders.
Printing Reports
For Printer Model
1. Press the [Menu] key.
2. Press the [ ] or [ ] key to select [Print List/Report], and then press the [OK] key.
3. Press the [ ] or [ ] key to select the report you want, and then press the [OK] key.
The report is printed.
Press [Back] key to return to the previous menu.
For MF Model
1. Press the [Setting] icon on the [Home] screen.
2. Press [Print List/Report].
3. Press the report name you want.
