5. Open the ADF cover, and then remove the ADF rear cover [A].
There are four hooks on the ADF rear cover. Be sure to disengage all the hooks when you remove
the cover.
ADF Separation Pad
1. Open the ADF top cover.
2. While pressing the parts indicated by red arrows, remove the ADF separation pad [A].
