• Printer model: Engine Maintenance > Fuser SC Detect
• MF model: Engine Service Setting > Fuser SC Detect
The default setting is "OFF". Select "ON" only if the customer wants to use this feature.
19. Adjust the registration for each direction (vertical and horizontal directions) and tray if necessary.
• Printer model: Engine Maintenance > Registration
• MF model: Engine Service Setting > Registration
20. Adjust the transfer roller bias for each paper type and for the front and back sides.
• Printer model: Engine Maintenance > 2nd Transfer
• MF model: Engine Service Setting > 2nd Transfer
21. Adjust the transfer roller bias and the temperature reduction of the fusing unit for each paper type
and for the front and back sides.
• Printer model: Engine Maintenance > Fuser Unit > Tar. Tp. speed1
• MF model: Engine Service Setting > Fuser Unit > Target Temp.speed1
22. Perform the color registration.
• Printer model: Engine Maintenance > Color Registration
• MF model: Engine Service Setting > Color Registration
MUSIC is performed.
23. If necessary, adjust the registration settings for the front and rear sides of each paper tray in the SP
mode.
24. For @Remote models, make sure that the manual call can be performed.
If the serial number is not entered correctly, @Remote service cannot be connected.
Controller Board (PCB2)
When you replace the controller board, the following counters stored on the controller board are
cleared:
• Scanner Counter
• Coverage
• Jam Counter
• Economy color print counter
The printer counter does not clear.
