The command returns the following information.
<TraceNumber>,<Detector>,<Frequency>,<Level>,
<DeltaLimit>,<Comment>,...
<DeltaLimit> is '0' if you use no limit line.
<comment> is empty if you have not entered one for the corre-
sponding peak.
Example: //Query peak information

This command selects the LISN phases to be measured in a final measurement.

<Phase> You can select several phases for the final measurement:
