you can synchronize (as a comma-separated list of strings).
(Content other than 'All Windows' is only returned for
marker coupling, because this is the only feature that works
independent of the measurement window.)
Example: Case 1
INST:COUP:USER:WIND:LIST?
would return:
'All Windows'
Case 2
INST:COUP:USER:WIND:LIST? 'Analog
Demod','Frequency Marker 1'
would return, e.g.:
'All Windows','1','2','3','4','5','6'
