MMEMory:STORe:FINal <FileName>
This command exports the contents of the final measurement peak list to a file in ASCII
format.
Setting parameters:
<FileName> String containing the file name. The extension of the file is
*.dat.
Example: //Export the peak list
MMEM:STOR:FIN 'A:\TEST.DAT'
