5th line: PO = Exact code position (3-digit for tracking) (scale factor: 0.1°)

FC = Current focus position (4-digit for tracking) (mm)
CX = X-coordinate of bar code (for OTS in transport direction)
CY = Y-coordinate of bar code (for OTS across to transport
