8.4.18 X50: Plausibility encoder (SE6 option)
At X50, differential TTL incremental encoders or SSI encoders can be connected. X50 is part of
the SE6 safety module. X50 serves as the encoder plausibility check when using asynchronous
motors or when using the SLP safety function.
Evaluable encoders
The technical data of the evaluable encoders at X50 can be found in the manual for the SD6
drive controller; see the chapter Detailed information [}161].
