2.3.6 Flow Control
Flow control enables Ethernet ports to control traffic during congestion to avoid packet loss.
If a port experiences congestion and cannotreceive any more traffic, it notifies other ports by sending a
pause frame to stop sending until the condition clears. Upon receipt of a pause frame, the sending device
stops sending any data packets to prevent any loss of data packets during the congestion period.
Follow the steps below to configure Flow Control.
