Suzuki RM250 - Clutch Plate Service

CLUTCH 7-3
REMOVAL
CLUTCH PLATE
• Drain transmission oil. (2-10)
• Remove the rear brake pedal. (5-6)
• Remove the clutch cover 1.
• Loosen and remove the bolts diagonally.
• Remove the clutch springs.
• Remove the pressure plate 2.
• Remove the bearing 3, push piece 4 and push rod 5.
• Remove the drive plates and driven plates.
