INSPECTION
• Inspect the reeds for damage.
• Inspect the reed stoppers for damage.
• Inspect the valve seat rubber for damage.
• Inspect the reed valve clearance.
 Reed valve clearance
Service limit: 0.2 mm (0.008 in)
 09900-20803: Thickness gauge
REASSEMBLY
Reverse the sequence of removal.
• Tighten the intake pipe bolts to the specified torque.
 Intake pipe bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lb-ft)
