6-12 CYLINDER, PISTON AND EXHAUST VALVE
CYLINDER HEAD
• Tighten the cylinder head nuts to the specified torque accord-
ing to the specified tightening order as shown.
Cylinder head nut:
Initial:15 N·m (1.5 kgf-m, 11.0 lb-ft)
Final: 25 N·m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.0 lb-ft)
• Tighten the engine mounting bracket bolts. (5-8)
• Tighten the spark plug. (2-6)
INSPECTION AFTER INSTALLATION
• Route the wires, cables and hoses properly. (18-13 to -15)
• Pour engine coolant. (2-12)
• Check the throttle cable play. (2-13)
