chosen.TheNationalStandardandComfortseathasaseparatebucklethatisattached

toaooranchorbyaseatstrap.Thisseatstrapisnotadjustable,anddoesnotneed

tobeadjusted.

ComfortClipOperation

Whenprovided,thecomfortclipislocatedontheshoulderstrapjustbelowtheD-ring.

Whenadjustingthecomfortclip,thefollowingproceduremustbefollowedforproper

adjustment:

1Pulloutonlyenoughwebbingtoallowslightpressuretotheshoulderandchest.

Allownomorethana25mm(1inch)slackwhenmeasuredbetweenthechest

andthebelt.

2Toactivatetheclipmechanismfeature,lifttheleveruptoclampthewebbing

inplace.

Note:Whenthesafetybeltisnotinuse,theclipshouldbeintheopenpositionto

allowtheseatbelttoretracttoitsproperposition.Alsomakesurethattheadjustment

ofthecomfortclipdoesnotinterferewiththeoperationofthesafetybelt.
