tractorand/ortrailermayresultfrom

uncontrolledslidingofthefthwheel.

Stopthetractorandtrailerinastraightlineonlevelground.

LockthetrailerbrakesbypullingouttheTrailerSupplyknob.

Releasetheslidelockingplungersbymovingtheswitchtothe"UNLOCK"position

(pressdownthelatchandpushinthebottompartoftheswitch).

Checktoseethatbothoftheslideplungershavereleased.Iftheplungersdonotcome

out,lowerthelandinggeartorelievethepressureontheplungers.Loweringthe

landinggearwillalsoallowthefthwheeltoslideeasier.
