Use of 12-lead ECG function mode by users without medical
training and instruction in 12-lead ECG recording and assessment
may injure the patient.

trained and has received instruction in 12-lead ECG recording
and assessment.
 Only use 12-lead ECG function mode if the user is familiar with
the 12-lead ECG function mode of the device.
