Replacing the Staple Cartridge
A message displays on the Touch Screen when it is time to replace a staple cartridge.
Standard Finisher Staple Cartridge Replacement
1. Make sure that the machine has stopped copying and printing, then open the Right Cover
on the Standard Finisher.
2. Grasp the Staple Cartridge handle located at R1 and lift it slightly and pull out the staple
cartridge.
3. Push the position indicators that are located by the arrows on either side of the cartridge to
remove the staple case from the cartridge.
4. Push a new staple case into the staple cartridge.
