(Figure 1): Locate the test point JP1 on the Power Distribution PWB.
Use the test leads from the DMM to connect the two points of JP1
together.
The Exposure Lamp illuminates.
Y N
Replace the Power Distribution PWB (REP 4.1.15).
Replace the Lamp and Motor Cable.
If the problem still exists, replace the Control PWB.
Go to Figure 3, Flag 2 and check the yellow wire for an open circuit to
the Lamp Socket LS1.
The wire has continuity.
Y N
Repair the connection.
Replace the Exposure Lamp (REP 4.1.3).
If the problem still exists, replace the Lamp Ballast Assembly
(REP 4.1.14)
