Removal
1. (Figure 1) Open the Top Cover.
2. Remove the Document Hold-down Guide.
3. (Figure 2) Remove the Platen Glass.
Lift the end of the
Platen Glass, using
the Large Rule.

Tilt the Platen
Glass until it is
clear of the
rollers, and
remove the glass
