Removal
1. (Figure 1) Open the Top Cover.
2. Remove the Document Hold-down Guide.
3. (Figure 2) Remove the Platen Glass.
Lift the end of the
Platen Glass, using
the Large Rule.
Document Hold-down Guide
Top Cover
B
Tilt the Platen
Glass until it is
clear of the
rollers, and
remove the glass
