Description
It configures the destination number of the busy forward on a phone basis.
Note: It works only if “features.fwd.allow” is set to 1 (Enabled) and the value of the parameter “fea-
tures.fwd_mode” is set to 0 (Phone) (except T19(P) E2/CP920 IP phones).

Description
It configures the busy forward on code to activate the server-side busy forward feature.
The IP phone will send the busy forward on code and the pre-configured destination number (configured
by the parameter “forward.busy.target”) to the server when you activate the busy forward feature on a
phone basis.

It configures the busy forward off code to deactivate the server-side busy forward feature.
The IP phone will send the busy forward off code to the server when you deactivate the busy forward fea-
ture on a phone basis.
