Parameter bw.virtual_user.1.xsi.dnd.enable <MAC>.cfg
Description
It enables or disables the DND feature for the call center.
Note: It works only if “bw.xsi.enable” is set to 1 (Enabled). It is not applicable to SIP-
T48G/T46G/T42G/T41P/T29G IP phones. If you leave it blank, the virtual user name uses VirtualUser1 by
default.

0-Disabled
1-Enabled, all agents in the call center reject incoming calls automatically.

Parameter bw.virtual_user.1.xsi.user <MAC>.cfg
Description
Configures the user ID of the call center for XSI access authentication.
Note: It works only if “bw.xsi.enable” is set to 1 (Enabled). It is not applicable to SIP-
T48G/T46G/T42G/T41P/T29G IP phones.

Description
It configures the password of the call center for XSI access authentication.
Note: It works only if “bw.xsi.enable” is set to 1 (Enabled) and it is required only when the value of the
parameter “sip.authentication_for_xsi” is set to 0 (User Login Credentials for XSI Authentication). It is not
applicable to SIP-T48G/T46G/T42G/T41P/T29G IP phones.
