imum number of calls or have waited too long.

Description

Description
It enables or disables the phone to appear a virtual user who stands for the phone number of the call cen-
ter.
Note: It works only if “bw.xsi.enable” is set to 1 (Enabled). It is not applicable to SIP-
T48G/T46G/T42G/T41P/T29G IP phones.

Description
It configures the label displayed on the phone for the virtual user.
Note: It works only if “bw.xsi.enable” is set to 1 (Enabled). It is not applicable to SIP-
T48G/T46G/T42G/T41P/T29G IP phones. If you leave it blank, the virtual user name uses VirtualUser1 by
default.
