Boot Up Event

When enabled, the digital scanner generates a message to the host whenever power is applied. When
disabled, no notification is sent.

When enabled, the digital scanner generates a message to the host when one of the events specified in Table
7-4 on page 7-21 occurs. When disabled, no notification is sent.
