2 To specify a port as a wired authentication port, select Wired Auth.
Enabled for the port.
To specify all the ports as wired authentication ports, select the Wired
Auth. Enabled checkbox in the upper left corner of the Setup area.
If the port is currently a MAP access port, you are prompted to choose
whether to reconfigure it.
3 Click in the Name column for a wired authentication port you enabled,
and type a name for it (1 to 16 alphanumeric characters, with no spaces
or tabs).
4 Click the 802.1X User Treatment column and choose an option:
■ Force Authorized — Specifies that the controlled port is
unconditionally authorized. All 802.1X authentication attempts
respond with an EAP success message.
