attributes
To change 802.11 attributes, use the following procedure.
1 In the Create Radio Profile wizard, click 802.11 Attributes. The 802.11
Attributes page appears.
2 In the Beacon Interval box, specify the interval at which the MAP
advertises its SSIDs. You can specify from 25 to 8191 milliseconds (ms).
The default is 100 ms.
3 In the DTIM Period box, specify the number of beacons (1 to 31) the MAP
transmits before transmitting the multicast and broadcast frames stored
in its buffers. The default is 1.
4 In the Fragment Threshold box, specify the maximum length
(256 to 2346 bytes) a frame can be without being fragmented by the
MAP before transmission. The default is 2,346 bytes.
5 In the Long Retry Limit box, specify the number of times (1 to 15) the
MAP transmits an unacknowledged unicast frame that is longer than the
RTS threshold before discarding the frame. The default is 5.
6 In the Max. Tx MSDU Lifetime box, specify the maximum amount of time,
from 500 ms to 250,000 ms (250 seconds), the MAP can hold an
