122 Using the control panel
Reference Edit option
In the Reference Edit option, you can:
accurately control the local reference value,
start, stop, change the direction and switch between local and remote control.
Editing is allowed only in the LOC state; the option always edits the local reference
value.
Editing a reference value
Step Action Display
1. If the panel is in the remote control mode (REM
shown on the status line), switch to local control
(LOC shown on the status line) by pressing .
Reference editing is not possible in the remote
control mode. If you try to enter REF EDIT in the
remote control mode, the display shows a
message about that.
2. Otherwise, go to the Main menu by pressing
if you are in the Output mode, otherwise by
pressing repeatedly until you get to the Main
menu.
3. Go to the Reference Edit option by selecting REF
EDIT on the menu with keys and ,
and pressing .
4. Select the correct sign with keys and
, and press . Select the correct
numbers with keys and , and after
each number is selected, press . If you do
not select a number for a couple of seconds, the
number you are editing moves on to the next one
on the right.
