Selects the maximum encoder calculation time for an
EnDat encoder.
Note: This parameter needs to be set only when an
EnDat encoder is used in the continuous mode, that
is EnDat encoder without incremental sin/cos signals
(supported only as encoder). The EnDat encoder is
selected by setting parameter 91.02 ABS ENC
