Installer manual AlphaVision ML Rev. 3.60 01-01-2015 75
The activation time of outputs 1 to 8 are programmed in the TIMERSmenu. The times programmed here
only apply to certain options, several options use a specific activation and are not controlled by the
programmed time.
When the AlphaVision ML installation is expanded with wired expansion modules (Input + 8 o.c. module and
I/O module), the outputs 1 to 4 of the expansion modules are activated simultaneously with outputs 1 to 4
on the control panel. From software V2.03 and above it is also possible to activate the outputs 5 to 8 on the
expansion modules. The times programmed at this option apply to both the control panel’s outputs and the
expansion modules’ outputs. The outputs can be programmed from 00-999 seconds (999 is infinite).
The following outputs are activated simultaneously:

Outputs 5 to 8 are only present on hard-wired expansion (Input + 8 o.c. and I/O) modules and can be
triggered separately from the outputs on the AlphaVision ML mainboard.
When one of outputs 1 to 8 is programmed as ‘trigger output’ then the activation time/mode is determined
by the time programmed:
When a time of 001-999 seconds is programmed for this output, the output will react as a toggle output.
When a time of 000 seconds is programmed for this output, the output will react as a pulse output and will
be activated for about 3 seconds.
! The times programmed do not apply for all output types. Some output types have specific activation
times/modes.
! According to new European standards the L.S. output and all relay and o.c. outputs will not be
activated if a tamper alarm occurs when the system is sarmed. If the system is disarmed no outputs
will be activated !
