programmed to the zones are disarmed. One of the zones programmed as Inactivity ‘YES’ need to be
activated during the time programmed here. When one of the Inactivity zones is triggered, the timer resets
and starts again. When the zone(s) are not triggered during the entire time programmed here, an Inactivity
alarm message is sent to the monitoring station and/or to the private telephone numbers. The Inactivity
timer can be programmed from 00-99 hours.
Supervision alarm
The Supervision alarm function can only be applied when wireless detectors are used. The supervision
function does not apply to the wireless keyfob transmitters, since these do not send supervision messages.
The supervision alarm function applies to each detector. The supervision alarm period can be programmed
from 00-99 hours. When the control panel did not receive a supervision message from a wireless detector in
the period programmed here, a supervision alarm is given.
All PowerCode 868MHz wireless components send supervision alive messages every 12-15 minutes.
The European security norm also requires a ‘supervision warning’ when arming the system. When the
system is armed the control panel will check if all wireless components have sent a supervision message in
the last 20 minutes. When the system missed the supervision message of a wireless detector during the last
20 minutes, the message ‘NOT READY’ will appear on the display and the <i> information LED will start
flashing. The user will have to activate this wireless detector first to force a supervision message and let the
system know that the wireless detector is still present. Furthermore the user must read and delete the
information message. If the control panel now did receive the supervision message from the wireless
detector the system can be armed.
The supervision alarm time can be set between 0 and 99 hours. The default setting is 8 hours. In case the
system did not receive a supervision message from a wireless detector during the time programmed here, a
supervision alarm is given. When ‘00’ hours is programmed, the supervision alarm and warning function is
completely disabled.
The ‘supervision warning’ function only works when the supervision time is set to 1 or 2 hours. When the
supervision time is programmed to 3 to 99 hours, the extra supervision warning function is not active.
Entry- and Exit delay times
Up to 5 entry- and exit delay times can be programmed in the AlphaVision ML. From firmware version 3.30
and higher the delay times can be programmed 3-digits from 0-999 seconds. Zones programmed as Delayed
5 need to be closed when arming the system.
►! When the option EN50131 is enabled in the system settings the entry and exit delay times will
automatically be limited to 90 seconds.
Siren (LS) time
At Siren (LS) time you can program how long the speaker connected to the LS output (both on the control
panel and on the I/O module with power supply art.nr. 004312) is activated in case of an alarm. The LS
output is activated when at the Output options, the LS output is programmed to ‘ON’ and when an alarm or
tamper situation occurs. The programmable speaker time is 0-9 minutes. In case of a fire alarm, a different,
slow-whoop signal is heard through the speaker.
LS/AL1 delay
At LS/AL1 delay, a delay time can be programmed. The delay time only applies to the LS and AL1 output but
does not apply for the alarm dialer. In case of an alarm, the outputs will be activated after the delay time
programmed here has expired. Keep in mind that the alarm messages sent to the monitoring station and to
private telephone are not delayed. In case of a fire alarm, the outputs will not be delayed and will be
activated immediately. The delay time can be programmed from 0-999 seconds.
