Measured angle can now be selected for measurement at peak torque, max. angle, or cycle complete
When using this strategy there is no need to be over-cautious in checking the installed torque with peak
strategy. Just pull the wrench with a uniform speed until the head is moving. ACTA will take care of the
analysis.
