10.5 Batch Result window
As explained in Programming the ACTA 3000, under menu block Prog,
Programming, there is an option to activate “Batch” on the ACTA 3000
Quality Control and Advanced Analysis versions.
In practice, this function will cause the ACTA 3000 to check and provide
statistical status of Torque, Angle and (Pulses) after a specific number of
measurements - your specified batch. This is what your ACTA 3000 then
checks. The batch result is OK when:
Torque and angle
1. All values above min.
2. All values below max.
3. All subgroup X-bars above LCLx.
4. All subgroup X-bars below UCLx.
5. All subgroup ranges above LCLr.
6. All subgroup ranges below UCLr.
7. CP higher than CP>.
8. CPK higher than CPK>-
9. CAM higher than CAM>.
10.
Diff % lower than Diff %<
Number of pulses
1. All value above min.
2. All values below max.
Note!
You have to set limits for the above parameters in order for this to work. Set
your limits in Statistical setup in the Prog, (Programming) menu block.
