5.1.1  Status (LED) Indicators 
1.  OK 
Lights up when the result of a tightening operation falls within all the specified limits. The signal 
will be active for 10 seconds or until the next tightening operation is initiated. 
2.  NOK 
Lights up when the result of a tightening operation falls outside any of the specified limits. The 
signal will be active for 10 seconds or until the next tightening operation is initiated. 
3.  n x OK 
Flashes three times when the number of tightening operations corresponds to the present 
number of tightening operations programmed in the ACTA 3000. (Batch size). 
4.   Battery 
§ Red  ACTA 3000 needs to be charged. 
§ Flashing green  Charging just started. 
110 / 220 V on but battery not connected. 
Something wrong with charging circuits. 
§ Constant green  ACTA 3000 charging 
§ Off  If 110 / 220 V connected, battery fully charged 
If 110 / 220 V not connected, ACTA 3000 uses the battery.

5.   On/Off Button 
To start the ACTA 3000, press the button and hold it down for approximately three 
seconds.  
To shut it off, press the button once. 
6.  Enter 
‘Enter’ is used to select an option and verify inputs in the programming blocks. 
7.  OK 
‘OK’ is used to activate inputs in the programming blocks.
