8.16 Analyse (A.lyse)
Available in Advanced Analysis versions.
Set your ACTA 3000 AA to trace measurement dialog box mode. This function allows
you to zoom in on sections of your measurement curves for closer study. You can zoom in
on a specific area on the trace up to five consecutive times.
The torque can be adjusted by changing the torque arrow position here.
The current trace can be saved in the ACTA 3000 database here.
Open the Analyse menu block and a pop-up menu appears listing the following options:
1. Zoom in
2. Zoom out
3. Adjust position
4. Save trace
8.16.1 To Zoom in
1. Select “Zoom in” by highlighting it using the arrows and then pressing ‘Enter’. Or, you can
select it simply by pressing the number corresponding to each graph mode on the keypad.
2. A rectangle appears on the display and four arrows, up, down, left and right, appear in
your menu block area.
3. Use the arrows to position the rectangle on a specific area of the measurement curve you
wish to zoom in on. Then press ‘Enter’. The area representing the rectangle now
represents approximately the full display and the increments on the Y and X axis change
accordingly.
To zoom in further, open the Analyse menu block again and repeat steps 1-3. Once again, you
can zoom in on a selected area five times.
8.16.2 To Zoom out
1. Open the Analyse menu block again.
2. Select “Zoom out” by highlighting it using the arrows and pressing ‘Enter’. You can also
select it by simply pressing the number corresponding to each graph mode on the keypad.
The original measurement curve returns.
