“DS” is used for DS-controlled tools. If selected, no tightening values
are read from the controller after each tightening operation.
“PF3000” is used for Power Focus 3000 controlled tools. If selected,
controller tightening operation values are automatically read from the
controller after each tightening operation. No tightening values are read
from controller for “PF3000” model “Tensor DS”.
“PowerMacs” are used for PowerMac controlled tools. If selected,
controller tightening operation values are automatically read from the
controller after each tightening operation.
4. Calibration
torque
Used in “Other controller”, “F2000/PF2000” or “PF3000” tool
calibration and corresponds to the calibration torque in the unknown or
unsupported controlled tools (Other controller), the F2000/PF2000
controller (F2000/PF2000) or PF3000 controller (PF3000).
4. Tuning factor Used in “DS” tool for the torque tuning factor.
Also used in “PF3000” with tool model “Tensor DS”.

Communication
Used in tool calibration for selecting the type of communication to be
used. For each type of controller, “Manual input” or “RS232” can be
selected. For the DS controller, “Infrared” can also be selected. When
selecting “Manual input”, the user is asked for controller torque and
controller angle in input fields after each tightening operation. When
selecting “RS232” or “Infrared”, controller tightening values are
automatically read from the controller after each tightening operation.
6. Parameter set Used in “F2000/PF2000”, “DS” and “PF3000” tool calibration for
selecting the parameter set used when calibrating.
7. Cell ID/Unit
ID
Used in PF3000 tool calibration to select cell and in Focus
2000/PF2000 to select unit ID.
8. Channel Used in Focus 2000/PF2000 and PF3000 tool calibration to select
channel.
9. Model Used in PF3000 tool calibration to select tool model. You can choose
between Tensor S or Tensor DS.
