3. Evaluate and adjust.
Open calibration window by pressing “Conf / 2 Calibration / 3 Tool”.
On the display you will now see the result from your tightening process.
If you need to adjust the tool:
• If you have a “running” communication with a controller press “Store” to adjust the tool
calibration torque / torque tuning factor.
• Otherwise press “Done” to indicate that you have changed the calibration torque / trimmed the
Torque Tuning factor or adjusted the tool in another way.
You are also asked to print a report.
Leave the window by pressing “Cancel”.
4. A second calibration.
If you have updated the tool, a second calibration is highly recommended.
First save the work you have done by making a backup. Press “Database / 5 Backup tool”.
Perform 25 new tightenings.
Check the result with the calibration window “Conf / 2 Calibration / 3 Tool”.
If it is OK, leave the window by pressing “Cancel”. Otherwise re-adjust the tool.
5. Save the result.
The result from this calibration is two tools in the ACTA 3000 database.
One tool, with the original name and the second tool which is placed at the end of the database with
the original tool ID but with the extension [0].
Both tools can be printed out and the data from both tools will be transferred to the same tool in the
TT ACTA 3000 database.
