Version Pop-up menu Description
Basic 1. Tool type setup Setup of the tool type. This is where you define whether the tool
is Direct Driven, Pulse, Wrench or Click Wrench.
2. Measurement setup Setup of the basic measurement strategy. This is where you set
filter frequency and direction of rotation for the tool.
3. Ext. measurement
setup
Setup of the specific tightening cycle criteria.
Here you define a number of parameters to customise the
measurements to your preference.
Note!
The ACTA 3000 Basic does not have a database. Therefore, all definitions of the parameters above
will be specific to this tool.
QC & AA
1. Tool type setup Setup of tool type. This is where you define whether the tool
is Direct Driven, Pulse, Wrench or Click Wrench.
Here, you also set up additional parameters when calibrating
a tool.
2. Measurement setup Setup of the basic measurement strategy. This is where you
set the filter frequency and the direction of rotation for the
tool.
3. Ext. measurement setup Setup of the specific tightening cycle criteria.
Here, you define a number of parameters to customise the
measurements to your preference for this specific tool.
4. Statistical setup Here you define and the statistical measurement criteria as
well as torque, angle and pulse counting limits that the ACTA
3000 uses for the statistical calculation of the tool.
5. Display setup This is where you customise in the custom measurement
dialog box that is available in the QC and AA.
Note!
All definitions of the above parameters are specific to this tool. However, since the ACTA 3000 QC
and AA contain a database, you can create and save as many tool profiles as the memory capacity will
allow.
