MM: Fuel 1 Calorific Value
This is the gross calorific value / higher heating value (HHV) including the
latent heat of vaporisation of water. To set either metric or imperial units,
see parameter 40. If the units are changed, then this option must be
changed accordingly.

MM: Fuel 2 Calorific Value
This is the gross calorific value / higher heating value (HHV) including the
latent heat of vaporisation of water. To set either metric or imperial units,

MM: Fuel 3 Calorific Value
This is the gross calorific value / higher heating value (HHV) including the
latent heat of vaporisation of water. To set either metric or imperial units,

This is the gross calorific value / higher heating value (HHV) including the

This is the maximum firing rate that can be obtained by the system,
imposed in auto and hand modes. Firing rate limit should not be used with
DTI load index control or sequencing.
