Bit 0 = 1 [Auto-negotiation supported]
Bit 1 = 1 or 0, depending on the current auto-negotiation status,
for example, either enabled or disabled.
PMD auto-negotiation advertised capability =

0x2000 - 10BASE-T full duplex mode
0x0800 - 100BASE-TX half duplex mode
0x0400 - 100BASE-TX full duplex mode
Operational MAU Type =
10 – UTP MAU, 10BT, half duplex mode
11 – UTP MAU, 10BT, full duplex mode
15 - 2-pair Category 5 (CAT5) UTP, 100BT, half duplex mode
