2.6. Pre-installation checklist summary
1 Preparation Installation area
- Ensure that the location where the sorter is to
installed is free of interfering factors:
(water vapour, dust clouds, vibrating fl oors, ...)

- Adequate water supply

- Adequate compressed air supply

- Appropriate electrical connections

- Enough space around the machine
6 Unpacking of sorter
- Check for damage

- Check all parts are present
8 Installation of sorter
- Sorter unit

- Infeed Shaker

- Accept/Reject Shaker/Belt (optional)

- Return system DRS/ARS (optional)

- Nitrogen Bottle

- Cooling Unit (optional)

- All necessary tubing, piping and wiring is present.
