This is an obsolete command.
In past releases, the switchport multicast interface configuration command was used to set the multicast
suppression level on the interface. This command is replaced by the storm-control multicast interface
configuration command.

Command Description
show storm-control multicast Displays multicast suppression settings on an interface or on all
interfaces.
storm-control Sets broadcast, multicast, or unicast storm control on an interface
with the specified threshold level.
switchport broadcast Obsolete command. Replaced by the storm-control broadcast
interface configuration command.
switchport unicast Obsolete command. Replaced by the storm-control unicast
interface configuration command.
